Early-stage notice. OpsTute and TeachMate are in discovery, pilot, preview, or phased rollout. These terms govern public websites and inquiry surfaces. Product-specific terms may be shared separately before broader access. Final legal review is recommended before broad public launch.

1. Who Operates These Sites

OpsTute and TeachMate are initiatives of AUMLayer Cloud Labs LLP, a company registered in India with operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka. These Terms apply to public websites and inquiry surfaces operated under the OpsTute brand, including opstute.com and teachmate.opstute.com.

2. Scope

These Terms cover:

Public information pages on opstute.com and teachmate.opstute.com
Discovery forms, founding pilot inquiries, and related contact flows
Founding Teacher Council application pages and related TeachMate inquiry surfaces
Email, WhatsApp, phone, and other communications initiated through these public surfaces

These Terms do not yet govern full product subscriptions, institution deployments, or in-product use, which may be covered by separate agreements when available.

3. Early-Stage and Phased Rollout

OpsTute and TeachMate may be in discovery, pilot, preview, invitation-only, or phased rollout. Features, access paths, availability, and timelines may change. We may limit access, pause applications, or review submissions before granting pilot access, council participation, or product entry.

4. Website Use

You may use these websites for lawful informational purposes and to contact us in good faith. You may not:

Misuse, disrupt, scrape, mirror, or overload the websites or related infrastructure
Attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or harmful activity
Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
Use the websites in violation of applicable law

5. Contact and Application Submissions

When you submit a discovery form, founding pilot inquiry, TeachMate application, or other contact request, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a form does not guarantee selection, pilot acceptance, partnership, product access, council membership, or any commercial relationship.

6. TeachMate Founding Teacher Council

Founding Teacher Council applications are reviewed by the OpsTute team. Selection is not guaranteed. Selected applicants may be contacted for follow-up conversations. Participation terms, recognition terms, and any council-specific conditions may be shared separately. Public recognition, profile visibility, and badges require explicit consent and remain optional.

7. Public Teacher Profiles and Badges

Any public teacher profile, badge, or recognition feature is optional and consent-led. Visibility is controlled by the teacher where such controls are available. Illustrative previews shown on public marketing pages are not real teacher profiles unless expressly published later by a teacher with consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The OpsTute name, TeachMate name, branding, design, copy, product concepts, website content, and related materials are owned by AUMLayer Cloud Labs LLP or its licensors. No licence to reproduce or commercially exploit these materials is granted by accessing these websites.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use hosting, communications, form handling, analytics, measurement, and infrastructure providers to operate these websites and process inquiries. Those providers process information on our instructions and subject to appropriate safeguards.

10. Disclaimers

Website content is provided for informational purposes. Product descriptions reflect current intentions and may evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, or that every described feature will be released on any specific timeline.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AUMLayer Cloud Labs LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use these public websites. Our total liability for direct claims relating to website use shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Your use of these websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as OpsTute and TeachMate evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect material changes. Continued use of the websites after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
